Manufacture LED Lighting
Under Your Brand.
You bring the brand, the market, and the customer relationships. We bring a vertically integrated factory — die-casting, CNC machining, powder coating, SMT, assembly, and burn-in testing all under one roof. From private-label catalog retrofits to ground-up ODM with custom optics, MOQ from 500 units.
Three Routes From Idea to Shipment
Whether you need our catalog under your label or a fixture engineered from scratch, there is a path sized to your program.
Private-Label OEM
We build our proven catalog fixtures under your brand — your logo on the product, packaging, and manuals. The fastest, lowest-tooling route to market.
- Your logo, color & carton
- No new tooling required
- Lead time from ~2–3 weeks
Full Custom ODM
We engineer a new fixture to your spec — custom housing, optics, photometrics, and electronics, designed and tooled from the ground up.
- Bespoke housing & optics
- Custom tooling & molds
- R&D + samples ~45–60 days
Kit Export
Ship as semi- or fully knocked-down kits for local assembly — useful for tariff optimization and in-region final assembly programs.
- Component & sub-assembly kits
- Tariff / duty optimization
- Assembly guidance provided
What You Can Customize
From a logo on a catalog product to a fully re-engineered fixture — specify the level of customization your program needs.
Logo & Branding
Your logo laser-etched, printed, or molded onto the fixture, plus branded labels and documentation.
Packaging & Cartons
Custom carton artwork, gift boxes, user manuals, and brand catalogs — printed in-house.
Color & Finish
Powder coating in any RAL color; anodized and marine-grade finishes for corrosive sites.
Optics & Photometrics
Custom beam angle, lumen output, and distribution. We engineer the lens and supply IES/LDT files.
CCT & CRI
Color temperature from 2700K–6500K and CRI ≥80 / ≥90 selected per order.
Driver & Dimming
0–10V, DALI, Zigbee dimming, surge-protection levels, and wide-voltage / cold-start drivers.
Input Voltage
AC110–280V wide-input and region-specific voltage / frequency configurations.
Certification Support
We hold FCC, CE, CCC, and GB/T 3836-2021 (Ex). We coordinate accredited labs for extra regional marks.
From Raw Casting to Sealed Carton
We control every stage of manufacturing in-house — so quality, lead time, and customization stay in our hands, not a chain of subcontractors. Here is the real eight-step process behind every fixture we build.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every batch of raw die-cast housings, LED chips, drivers, and components is checked against spec before it enters production.
Die-Cast Finishing
Castings are polished, shot-blasted, and water-washed — removing flash and oxide for a clean surface and tight gasket seal.
Powder Coating
Housings are powder-coated on a conveyor line for a durable, corrosion-resistant finish — any RAL color on request.
SMT LED Mounting
Automated SMT pick-and-place lines mount and reflow-solder LEDs onto the PCBs with consistent placement accuracy.
Luminaire Assembly
LED boards, lenses, drivers, gaskets, and housings are assembled into the finished sealed luminaire on the production line.
Aging / Burn-In Test
Every fixture is powered on an aging rack and burned in to screen out early failures before it ships.
Final Inspection
Finished luminaires pass appearance, electrical, photometric, and IP-seal checks before pre-shipment inspection.
Packaging & Shipment
Custom-printed cartons are inspection-verified, palletized, and loaded — FOB, CIF, or DDP to your door.

Design, Optics & Photometrics In-House
Our engineering team turns your brief into a manufacturable fixture — 3D housing design, thermal and optical simulation, custom lens and reflector optics, and rapid prototyping. We deliver IES/LDT photometric files so your team can model the result in DIALux or Relux before tooling begins.
- 3D CAD housing design
- Thermal & optical simulation
- Custom lens / reflector optics
- IES / LDT photometric files
- Rapid prototyping
- DIALux / Relux layout support
Three Lines of Quality Defense
Quality is built in, not inspected in afterward. Components are checked on arrival, the line is monitored at every step, and every finished fixture is screened before it ships.
LED binning, PCB and driver checks, and raw die-cast / plastic verification before parts enter the line.
First-article inspection plus in-line solder, torque, and gasket-seal checks at every stage.
100% aging/burn-in, electrical safety (hi-pot), IP-seal, and photometric checks before pre-shipment inspection.
Built & Tested to International Standards
Every fixture is built to FCC, CE, and CCC requirements with IP65 sealing; the explosion-proof line is certified to GB/T 3836-2021. Certificate copies are provided with your quote.

Custom Manufacturing — Answered
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for OEM/ODM?
Standard MOQ is 500 units for OEM/ODM. Simpler private-label projects from catalog models can start lower, while ground-up ODM with custom tooling may require more to amortize the mold. Tell us your model and target volume and we will confirm.
Can you put our brand and logo on the product and packaging?
Yes. We laser-etch, print, or mold your logo onto the fixture and print custom carton artwork, user manuals, and brand catalogs in-house. Co-branded options are also available.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means we build our proven catalog fixtures under your brand — fastest and lowest tooling. ODM means we engineer a new fixture to your specification, including custom housing, optics, photometrics, and electronics, with dedicated tooling.
Do you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. Prototype samples take 15–25 days from spec confirmation, with photometric reports and 3D renders included. Express shipping (DHL/FedEx) is provided. Sample costs are typically credited against the production order.
Will my custom design be protected?
Yes. We sign NDAs and treat customer designs, tooling, and artwork as confidential. Tooling built for your project is reserved for your orders.
Which certifications do you hold, and can you support extra regional marks?
We hold FCC, CE, CCC, and GB/T 3836-2021 for the explosion-proof line, with IP65 sealing across the range. For additional regional certifications, we coordinate testing with accredited labs as part of your project.
What are your shipping and trade terms?
We support FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CIF to your nearest port, or DDP to your warehouse, with containerization optimization. Standard terms are a 30% deposit with the balance against shipment; we confirm per order.
What are typical lead times?
Samples take 15–25 days; mass production is 30–45 days after sample approval and deposit. Faster timelines are available for urgent or repeat orders.
